Goats Authority (the "Site") is operated by Element Insight Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us through our Contact page and give us at least 30 days to resolve the matter informally.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be handled on an individual basis only; you and we waive the right to participate in a class or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending us written notice through our Contact page stating that you opt out. If you opt out, the Governing Law section's courts apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. Please review the Terms periodically.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
